What areas do Plumbright Services Ltd serve?

Unlike many other web sites proclaiming to be local, I live and only work in our area and have done for over 25 years. I have built a loyal customer base who expect a reliable, trustworthy, prompt and friendly service.

Are you prices competitive?

YES, Considering the 35 years experience I have built up, I also don't operate from a big office or spend vast amounts on advertising. I can pass on those savings to you with my competitive prices.

Who will be sent to my property?

As a sole trader I don't employ any sub contractors or other workmen, you will only be getting me. I will have photo ID from Gas Safe with my registration No. for you to check over.

Do you offer a 24/7 emergency service?

NO, unfortunately I am not able to offer a 24/7 emergency service.

The bigger companies will have operatives on call for emergencies and will charge accordingly. If you can wait until the next working day, I can usually make appointments that day, dependent on workload.

Do you offer any guarantees?

We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers.

Any fault in workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from date of installation.

Parts are subject to manufacturers individual warranties, usually 1 year.

Waste pipe blockages are excluded from my 12 month guarantee, as future blockages are dependent on what has been allowed down the waste pipe. i.e. (Rice, coffee, fat and grease).
